The IEDS is provided as an integral element in all configurations of the CN-235 solutions.  Depending on the engine version, the parameter limits and interfaces can be readily altered if required during the development phase of the program.

 

The IEDS Systems features a complete CN-235 engine instrument caution warning system including other specific center panel information.  This system has been in production and installed in CN-235 aircraft for many years and is currently being modified and re-qualified in a mid-life development program to address obsolescence and reliability issues. This modification is expected to add 15-20 years to the life of this unique product.
