Utility Instrument

    The Utility Instrument Product Line consists of Mast Torque Signal Conditioners for helicopters, Potable Water Quantity Transmitters, Electrical Display indicators, Position indicators (such as flap position), and Valve Position (open or closed) indicators. These indicators and “black boxes”, as all Rogerson Kratos' indicators, are configured to meet the specifications required for your aircraft needs.

FEATURES

    DISPLAY: Indicators available in 1 inch to 3 inch round, 2 inch round flange mount, and rectangular displays in ATI format.

    CONFIGURATION: Single and dual functions available in a single enclosure. Black box signal conditioner form factor to meet customer requirements.

    LIGHTING: Variety of lighting configurations are available.

    ELECTRICAL: Utilizes aircraft 28 VDC and 5 V lighting power.

    MAINTENANCE: Single unit design for easy removal and replacement.

Traditional Indicators

    Rogerson Kratos' Utility Instrument Product Line consists of those indicators and black boxes that are assigned to this product line. The Utility Instrument Product Line includes Mast Torque Signal Conditioners (for helicopter use), potable water quantity transmitters, electrical function display indicators and position indicators.

Signal Conditioners and Transmitters

    The “Black Box” signal conditioners and signal transmitters are customized to meet the specific requirements of the aircraft function to be monitored.

Electrical Indicators

    The Rogerson Kratos' Utility Instrument Product Line includes indicators for displaying electrical parameters, such as, Voltage, Current, Frequency and Power for the aircraft systems.

Position Indicators

    Rogerson Kratos position indicators are used to display the various aircraft surface positions for the elevator, aileron, rudder, spoilers, flaps, etc., and to display the valve positions (open or closed) of the aircraft environmental control system components.

Dual Function Indicators

    Flap position is often presented in a dual function indicator with dual pointers. The Engine Oil, Transmission Oil, and Hydraulic Oil Temperature and Pressure functions are available in dual or single function indicators. Other parameters, such as Voltage and Current, can also be combined into a single indicator.
